Phase 1

Spring of 2005 brought the $3,5 million renovation to the former Inn at Snakedance, now the Snakedance Condominiums. 21 brand new one, two or three bedroom condos with full kitchens, with top finishes and amenities including, granite countertops, stone tile floors, travertine bath tiles, gas fireplaces, sisal style carpeting, top-end appliances, built-in entertainment vcenters with LCD Flat-screen panels, DVD player and Satellite service, including some units with French Doors and Juliet Balconies, all to be found in well-designed floor plans that offer spacious rooms with lots of light.

Phase 2

Renovations and construction for Phase II began in Spring 2006 and is scheduled for completion in November 2006*. Situated in the area of the former Hondo Restaurant & Bar, this will include 11 new studio or 2 bedroom spacious condos that couldn't get any closer to Lift #1. The same high-quality finishes and amenities are incorporated here on three floors, some with spectacular views of the slopes and others over-looking the Valley and Village. A few are available with spacious balconies and be sure to check-out the spacious ground-floor "Penthouse" with an outdoor patio situated in the hub of activities behind Lift #1.
