Built Phase 1 in time for the ski Season where other recent Taos Ski Valley projects have missed their completion dates by 2 to 3 ski seasons.
Developer offices on site of project maintaining weekly oversight of the project as well as the management of Phase 1 rentals.
Over 20 years experience building in Taos Valley.
Phase 2 overseen by Jim Heath, a man with many rears experience building luxury hotels and condominiums around the world including such luxury names as Four Seasons and Intercontinental Hotles.
Locally based and locally owned with great relations with local subcontractors.
Heavily incentivized to achieve planned completion date of Phase 2.
